Contact – Wireless Cooking Sensor
CONTACT has been created for detecting product ‘s core temperature while cooking in bags or vacuum jars.
It can be used with all kind of foods, both solid and semi-liquid, while using most cooking techniques such as oven cooking, steaming, dipped in oil, boiling in water (with the exception of microwave oven) and also during cooling/freezing phase.
CONTACT features a wireless electronic probe covered in silicone that, once inserted into the product, thanks to an external master device, sends the temperature measured while cooking.
The probes withstand a temperature between -70 °C/ 100 °C
The antennas withstand a temperature between -70°C/ 200 °C
The system has three inputs for the antennas and the related wireless probes, plus an extra input for a needle probe for the measurement of non-vacuum high temperatures ( up to 300 °C), which can all be used simultaneously, while single timers, for different types of cooking/freezing.
