Returns

The inventory is always changing, and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that inventory could run out once the order has been made.

Our policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.

You can only return a product when it's unopened and in the same state as when you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
